Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean 1800MGI became interested in a new weight loss supplement after I saw a recent episode of the Dr. Oz show, where he performed an experiment with his studio audience. He had half of them take an extract from Green Coffee Beans, and the other half take a placebo. The audience members that took the Green Coffee Bean Extract lost more than DOUBLE what the placebo group lost. Of course, this episode sparked a frenzy of Green Coffee Bean Extract sales, and the product has been selling out all over the U.S.. I thought that the weight loss was caused by the caffeine in the Green Coffee, but it turns out that Green Coffee is actually low in caffeine. Would I Recommend? 

I tested the Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract 1800MG for a period of one month, taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at lunch. After only a few days of taking the supplement, I noticed that my appetite was significantly reduced and that my usual snack cravings had almost gone away completely. A week of taking the supplement every day left me feeling a lot less bloated and like I had more energy. It felt like my body was burning its stored fat instead of craving new sugar for energy. You can really feel a difference in the quality of energy and just strength and power you have when your body is using its fat for energy instead of using cheap, low-quality carbs from processed foods.
